Add the mix to COLD water and mix to the consistency of single cream;

Whisk until smooth, if using an electric mixer, whisk for a maximum of 90 seconds;

Leave for a minimum of 15 minutes in a cool place;

For ideal results fry at 190Â°C / 375ÂºF;

Cool until crisp and golden.
