This delicious pastry is made with a recipe rich in butter to provide a meltingly soft texture. This croissant combines pure-butter puff pastry and pure cocoa to create a crisp texture on the outside and soft mouth-watering inside.

Tray Arrangement (600 x 400) 12 items on a tray

Defrosting approximately 20 min at room temperature

Preheating oven 175-180°C
