Product Description: Bacon is salted, cooked, smoked and cut into julienne strips. The strips are frozen to ÷18°C. Size of the strips: 19 x 5 x 2-3 mm. The frozen product must not stick together, and the product must have a colour, flavour and appearance that is characteristic for bacon.
Can be used defrosted or directly from the freezer. Never refreeze thawed products.

Bacon, salt, antioxidant (E 301), preservative (E 250). For 100 g finished product 108 g raw meat is used.
Contains Artificial Antioxidants and Artificial Preservatives.
